A friendly reminder:

You should never pay your agent more than 15% commission (plus G.S.T., no G.S.T. if it puts you below minimum wage) on the work they find you or 10% for Equity Theatre. NOTHING ELSE !

You can register on Casting Workbook and Breakdown yourself. You don't need an agent to do that.   You do not need an agents permission or approval to do so, or pay an agent to watch over and submit you for work.  That is why you pay your agent 15% of your gross income to represent you and to do that work for you.   These are fees and extra charges that are not ethical in the entertainment industry and they are not a guarantee of work or upgrades or vouchers.

Check the Ministry of Labour Web site for B.C. for the codes and regulations there.  Or the T.A.M.A.C  ( Talent Agent & Managers Association of Canada) web site for proper talent agent code of conduct.

Also, research your own photographer for head shots.  No need to send your agent money to get with a photographer.
